Friday night’s game between Vallejo and Sonoma at Arnold Field was postponed due to wet field conditions. The game is scheduled to be made up on August 26.

The field had an irrigation issue and was flooded during the day. The teams ended up holding a home run derby, with Vallejo’s Jacob Wark besting the Pacific Association’s leading home run hitter – Sonoma’s Dondrei Hubbard – in the finals. The Admirals poured out of the dugout and mobbed Wark after he won, treating him as if he hit a game-winning homer.

The Admirals will take their season-high four-game winning streak to San Rafael on Saturday. First pitch is scheduled for 5 p.m.
