VALLEJO, Calif. — Jordan Garr had three hits and Willie Salas, Josh Montelongo and Nick Ultsch had two hits apiece as the Napa Silverados romped over the Vallejo Admirals on Tuesday night at Wilson Park, 10-2.

Ultsch, who was born in Richmond and attended St. Mary’s High School in Albany, hit a two-run homer for the Silverados.

Sam Curtis improved to 5-1 on the season, allowing just one run on two hits in five innings. He did walk five while striking out seven.

Napa used a six-run fourth inning to chase Freese and take control of the game. Already leading 1-0, the Silverados got going when Freese failed to step on first base for a error, allowing Nicco Toni to reach leading off. One out later, a single and a walk loaded the bases and Garr then walked, forcing in a run.

A wild pitch brought another run home. Then, with two outs, Salas singled in two. After another walk, Montelongo singled in a run. Toni then singled in the final run of the inning, chasing Freese.
